Lack of 2FA usage?

Users have the choice to use email as second factor (default choice) or an Auth application (the recommended choice). If the Auth app is the default choice, why not setting it as the default one? Because it requires the end user to install such an app if user don' t have one, and to add BeamZe in this app. It's very easy to do as it only requires the user to scan a QR Code, but impossible to do for the user, so the email.

Why is the auth recommended? Because it's faster. With email method, you need to wait for your mailbox to receive the code and copy paste it in the app. On the other hand, the app method don't need to wait for an email, and some auth applications with browser plugin (Like Bitwarden or Proton pass even fill it for you...

No matter your second factor method, it's buit-in and easy.
